Preventive life coaching
As an employer, it is important to be aware of how your employees feel. Often people only sound the alarm when it is too late. Then they have either exceeded their limits and burned out or they have come to other conclusions and leave. You would rather avoid both, especially in a labour market where good people are scarce. Life coaching contributes to more job satisfaction and good results and also ensures that you as an employer get more out of the talents of your employees. Life coaching offers employees a unique opportunity to grow as a person and a professional. Thus, it’s a win-win situation.
Life coaching themes for employees
- becoming aware and developing more effective behaviour
- learning to better manage time and energy
- strengthening (personal) leadership
- (re)finding the right work-life balance
- (re)discovering talents and competences
- communicating effectively with colleagues and relations
Focus on the individual
For many years I have worked as an HR advisor in business and government. I now use this experience as a life coach. I consciously made the switch to coaching in order to focus even more on the individual. As an external coach, I stand apart from the organization and I can objectively guide employees in their process towards more self-understanding and development. I like to think from the perspective of possibilities and look very specifically at the talents and competencies that someone has and can develop further.
