Linda Hennig
Working with people on their goals: that’s what I like and that’s where my strength lies. As a coach, I distinguish myself in the first place by simply being myself. Out of sincere interest and well-developed empathy, I listen and observe. My openness and down-to-earth mentality ensure that people quickly feel at ease and experience trust. At the same time, they find in me a coach who dares to hold up an honest mirror to them and challenges them to really get in touch with themselves. I use my observation and reflection on all levels to create self-awareness and insight in my coachees.

Au Bord du Chemin
I am not a coach who wants to show that I already know everything; life is and remains a learning process, also for me. Where useful, I also share my own learning experiences. For me, a coaching process is a journey with an unknown destination. It is not without purpose, but is a process that unfolds. I have called my practice ‘Au Bord du Chemin’ for a reason; the name comes from the song ‘Une belle histoire’ by Michel Fugain. It’s a song about surrender, letting yourself be carried away, creating and embracing new opportunities.
